Roundhill Farm has been a family managed business since 1981. We are proud suppliers of milk to doorstep, cafes and restaurants. If you wish to utilise our services then please feel free to call and we will happily discuss your requirements.
Unique to our farm
All of your milk is produced in accordance with the stringent requirements of the Red Tractor Farm Assurance scheme. This means it arrives to you having conformed to annually regulated animal welfare standards.
Our pedigree Holstein Friesian cows are milked twice daily. During the summer months the cows can be seen grazing pasture, and during winter months are housed and fed a balanced ration.
All of the milk we bottle is produced on farm and processed on farm. That is our promise to you the consumer. Our delivery staff are reliable and extremely conscientious and go above and beyond to cater for your needs. Our business exists as a direct result of the local support we receive. That core recognition is fundamental in our drive to develop our business product and service to yourselves.
As well as fresh milk, we can also deliver cream, fruit juices (apple and orange), fresh, free-range farm eggs, butter and a range of yoghurts. Our customised hand crates (pictured) are also available to buy.

Tastes like milk should
‘Saddleworth Milk’ is non-homogenised, giving you a natural cream line and an enhanced taste. Your milk also has a higher constituent value in terms of protein and butterfat content than supermarket milk.
‘Saddleworth Milk’ is bottled on farm; in environmentally friendly 1-litre and 1-pint glass bottles.
The 1-litre glass bottles, that we introduced in October 2019, were the first in the Saddleworth area. We had these engineered with screw-top lids to enhance their retro appearance, to make them easier to store in your fridge and to allow the milk to maintain its unique taste and flavour. They are also date stamped, giving you up to seven days to enjoy your milk.
We have also found that birds are no longer an issue with the screw-top lids!!
